When will my prescription be signed?

Once you have submitted a repeat prescription request, we will begin to process your prescription which is sent to your consultant for them to sign.

Your consultant will sign your prescription on their next clinic day, please note that there may be some variation in these days to due to external factors.

Your prescription will be signed as soon as possible, but please be patient with our clinicians and clinical team.

Your Leva Clinic App will notify you of any updates regarding your prescription.
