Where is my prescription?

You will be able to track the status of your prescription in your Leva Clinic App. Our team works around the clock to ensure your prescriptions are processed in good time. Once your Consultant has written your prescription, they will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Please note that we are a prescribing clinic, and not a dispensing pharmacy. Once you have received your prescription copy, if you need to enquire about the status of your prescription, please contact your pharmacy directly. Your app will notify you as to which pharmacy your prescription has been sent to.
