Once you have requested a prescription you are able to see what the status is in the app from the point that you request your prescription until it is sent to the dispensing pharmacy.
At a glance you will be able to see any prescriptions that are being processed from your home screen in the green status box. You can either click on this and be taken to the Prescriptions summary section to see more information or go to the Prescriptions tab on the bottom menu.
Within the Prescription summary you can see more information about your prescription request's status. The three statuses we will show you in a timeline are as follows:
- Received - your prescription request has been received and is being reviewed by our clinical associates. If there isn't anything we need to get more information about we will send through to the consultants to sign.
- Approved - your prescription request has been approved and sent to the consultant to print off and sign.
- Sent to pharmacy - your prescription request has been sent to the dispensing pharmacy. Details of the pharmacy are visible from the prescription request details page.
You will be sent app notifications and emails when the status changes for any prescription requests.
Once your prescription has been sent to pharmacy you can see the pharmacy details and ways to contact them from within the prescription tab. You are also able to let us know when you receive your prescription.
