How do I reorder my prescription?

You can reorder your repeat prescription from within your Leva App. 

When you log in to your app, if you are able to reorder your prescription, you will see a green reorder action on the app's dashboard. You can also go to the Prescriptions tab on the bottom menu to reorder. 

Once you click this button we will ask you a few questions about how your treatment is affecting you and your current dosage. You are able to order all of the allowed medications on your prescriptions (recommended) or part of it. Please see the video for a complete reorder process:
