How do I change my account information in the app?

It is important to keep your personal details up to date on your Leva app, so we can keep your treatment up to date, as well as your app access. 

You can change your details within the Settings on the App. Click on the Cog icon on the top right of the app, then click on the Account Information section. 

Here you can see your name, date of birth and Phone number and Email. 

         

You are able to edit your Phone number and Email. Click edit next to these fields and you will be taken to another screen where you can enter new details and click Continue to save:

Once you have updated your phone number or email you should use these to log in to the app the next time. If you have other details that you need changing please email [e-mail]
