Side effects associated with approved cannabis based medical products or medicines are more likely to occur when your treatment first starts. In most cases side effects are quite mild and they generally wear off within a few days but it is important to document these and share any concerns with your consultant.

Side effects may include: dizziness, nausea, feeling abnormal or drunk and drowsiness. Once you become a patient, you will receive a starter pack that contains all the common side effects to look out for.
